We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Employal. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily invoices and reconcile bank statements
  • Manage cash, payroll, sales, and purchase ledgers
  • Prepare annual financial statements and perform general administrative tasks
  • Liaise with clients to obtain their books and records
  • Match delivery notes to invoices and prepare weekly payments
Requirements:
  • Proficient in finance systems such as Xero, Sage Line 50, QuickBooks, and Excel
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Bookkeeping role
  • AAT qualification or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
