Key Responsibilities:- Process daily invoices and reconcile bank statements
- Manage cash, payroll, sales, and purchase ledgers
- Prepare annual financial statements and perform general administrative tasks
- Liaise with clients to obtain their books and records
- Match delivery notes to invoices and prepare weekly payments
- Proficient in finance systems such as Xero, Sage Line 50, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Bookkeeping role
- AAT qualification or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and attention to detail
