Deputy Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs related to learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health or Social Care.
  • Have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex behaviors.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality care.
