This global company, a leading player in the industry, is seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join their team on a contract basis. The purpose of this position is to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate supplier contracts, and ensure the best terms and conditions are executed for the organization.

The Procurement Executive position involves:

• Taking the lead on supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms.

• Driving the best cost sourcing outcomes for the business through effective supplier management.

• Managing supplier spend and contract administration to minimize risks and maximize benefits.

• Escalating issues to procurement senior management when required to ensure prompt resolution.

• Providing support with ad hoc procurement tasks assigned by the procurement manager to ensure seamless operations.

• Constantly driving supplier performance to improve cost, delivery, and quality.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Working closely with different departments within the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.

To be considered for the Procurement Executive position, you will:

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Be highly computer literate with proficiency in Excel.

• Ideally hold a degree in a relevant field.

• Demonstrate confidence and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
