Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive category plan to maximise value within specified categories.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive supplier performance and manage end-to-end sourcing activities.
  • Build strategic, value-adding relationships with suppliers and advise on sourcing strategy.
  • Manage and implement SLAs and KPIs with suppliers to drive commercial advantage.
About You
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a broad experience in General Indirect Procurement Categories.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite.
  • Advise on the sourcing strategy and be accountable for end-to-end strategic sourcing process.
  • Understand supplier markets relating to Indirect Procurement.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Experience in SRM. (Supplier Relationship Management)
  • Working towards MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
