Job Title: Procurement Integration Lead

We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Integration Lead to join our passionate and driven team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement Transformation, the Integration Lead has a primary responsibility for providing strategic support for procurement integration processes and continuous improvement within OCS UK & Ireland. Working closely with the procurement category team and other key stakeholders, the Integration Lead will be expected to drive and embed changes arising from acquisitions and integration activity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse multiple sources of data to identify potential synergy opportunities.
Identify key contracts and procurement activities that need to be moved over and ensure a smooth execution.
Deliver improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and value of the procurement function.
Take responsibility for ensuring supplier due diligence is carried out on incoming supply chains.
Lead on Hive Up activities relating to M&A and internal legal entity changes and ERP changes.
Lead on the procurement workstream, reporting upwards on integration plans and progress.
Ensure integration tasks are effectively managed, completed on time, and risks escalated to the wider integration team.
Support the delivery of process improvement to ensure OCS money is spent with approved suppliers.
Support the Procurement Leadership Team in driving the Group's Reasonable, Ethical, and Sustainable Procurement policy and ESG objectives across the organisation.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a procurement environment.
Strong Change Management and Project management skills.
Experience developing or improving policies and processes.
An understanding of risk and how to mitigate.
Cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
