Overview: LTM Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Lead Structural Engineering Consultant to enhance our team.

Role Summary: The ideal candidate will engage in a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough structural evaluations and inspections of both new and existing structures utilizing materials such as steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including dilapidation assessments and due diligence structural evaluations.
  • Perform structural analysis and design using advanced software tools, ensuring robust support for reporting activities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all technical outputs, including drawings and reports.
  • Collaborate with and guide other design team members to deliver cohesive design solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Oversee small to medium-scale refurbishment and extension projects.

Qualifications:

  • A first degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience across various construction types and building forms.
  • Exceptional skills in report writing, communication, and numerical analysis are required.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software is crucial.
