About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of complex building structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and analysis of building structures using advanced software such as Tekla
  2. Conduct structural assessments and inspections of new and existing structures in all materials
  3. Oversee the technical output of the team to ensure high-quality results
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions

Requirements:

  1. Chartered or close to Chartered status in Structural Engineering
  2. At least 5 years' experience in a UK consultancy, with a strong background in structural engineering
  3. Experience as a technical lead on projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  4. Fully conversant with the use of Eurocodes and structural analysis design software
  5. Design experience in all traditional forms of building structures
