Job Summary:

LAW CHOICE RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Human Resources Information System Administrator to join our team. As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, including data management and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain our HR system (Cascade) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team on projects to provide data-driven insights and support business decisions.
  • Work closely with the HR team to resolve system issues and implement updates efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide key performance indicators and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR systems administration, preferably with Cascade.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with approximately 50% of the time spent in the office.
