Job Title: Senior Healthcare Solutions Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Solutions Director to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving transformational projects in the healthcare sector, leveraging your expertise in ERP technologies, particularly in SAP and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through ERP-enabled transformations in the healthcare context, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit leads to drive business growth aligned with NHS strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change.
  • Provide thought leadership in ERP technologies, mentoring resources, and growing the practice, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyse project requirements, define deliverables, and contribute to business case development and financial modelling, ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, implementing consistent programme/portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Develop structured performance management programs for the team, including objective setting, reviews, feedback, and training.

Requirements:

  • Strong functional background in ERP, particularly in healthcare contexts, with extensive product and application knowledge across the SAP or Oracle Portfolio.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex change and negotiate at the C-Suite level, with experience in Greenfield ERP implementations.
  • Connections with Hyperscalers and partner organizations, with pre-sales experience being desirable.
