About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal disorders and orthopaedic conditions
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy programs and protocols to improve patient outcomes and department performance
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably in an outpatient and inpatient setting
  • Proven experience in managing musculoskeletal disorders and orthopaedic conditions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of physiotherapists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
