Position: Senior Systems Engineer for Strategic Weapons (Requirements)

Location: Various locations with flexible working arrangements available.

Compensation: Competitive salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of requirements within DOORS.
  • Process change requests while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Support team deliverables through effective planning, scheduling, task management, and delegation.
  • Review design documentation for UK Platform Systems to ensure proper capture of SWS interfaces and provide clear verification evidence of system compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum HNC or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with the Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).
  • Experience in systems requirements engineering, verification, and validation.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to foster relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in reviewing technical design documents against requirements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Dreadnought design policies for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Understanding of Trident SWS and associated software competencies.
