As a key member of our Support function, you will play a vital role in providing effective support to Adjusters, driving efficiency and productivity in the handling of commercial claims.", "h2": "Key Responsibilities", "ul": [{"li": "Administration of new claims, including receiving instructions, issuing acknowledgments, and setting up files."}, {"li": "Collaboration with Adjusters to assist with investigation and validation enquiries."}, {"li": "Control of the lifecycle of files to drive diary management and support proactive claim management."}, {"li": "Overseeing Adjuster caseloads during periods of leave."}, {"li": "Liaising with stakeholders, including insured, insurers, brokers, and other interested parties, to ensure optimum customer service."}, {"li": "Production of technical reports for Adjusters, in compliance with professional standards and internal guidelines."}, {"li": "Ensuring time reporting and billing is compliant with internal standards and systems."}, {"li": "Development and running of management information for clients and internal use."}, {"li": "Ensuring company standards are met in relation to technical and operational policies and procedures."}, {"li": "Account management support and other ad hoc tasks as required."}], "h2": "About You", "ul": [{"li": "Previous experience in an insurance or loss adjusting environment is beneficial but not essential."}, {"li": "You must have experience in a fast-paced office and/or administration environment."}, {"li": "Ability to learn and adapt to systems effectively and efficiently."}, {"li": "Organized and able to self-manage workload, with a methodical, accurate, and analytical approach to work."}, {"li": "Good working knowledge of Word and Excel."}, {"li": "Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely."}, {"li": "Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders."}, {"li": "Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands."}, {"li": "Thrives in a high-pressured working environment."}, {"li": "Driven to meet and exceed targets."}, {"li": "Flexible with regards to travel, which may be required as and when."}]
