Senior Hardware Asset Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Asset Officer to join our Hardware Asset Management Team (HAM) in the Digital Customer Services directorate at the Parliamentary Digital Service.
As a Senior Hardware Asset Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Parliament's IT hardware assets are properly controlled and managed, and that accurate and reliable information is provided about those assets when and where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective hardware asset management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with complex environment requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best outcome for customers, upholding values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Manage financial principles, making purchases and maintaining stock levels, with experience in dealing with purchase orders and invoices.
About the Team
The Hardware Asset Management Team (HAM) is part of the Provisioning Team in the Parliamentary Digital Service. We are responsible for the procurement and distribution of hardware and software to Members, their staff, as well as Administration Staff across both Houses of Parliament.
