Asset Strategy and Management Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Asset Strategy and Management Specialist to join our team at Westminster City Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) stock's survey and data processes, ensuring accurate records and contributing to long-term capital investment planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage HRA stock surveys to maintain accurate records and ensure data integration into WCC processes.
* Assist in developing a 30-year capital investment plan, prioritizing major works projects and collaborating with the Asset Programme Manager to document planned works.
* Oversee the MRI Asset Management database, supporting the development of related information systems and ensuring accurate data updates and reporting.
* Respond to inquiries from residents, contractors, and WCC departments, contributing to internal and external communications.
* Foster strong working relationships, comply with Health and Safety standards, promote equality and diversity, and support additional tasks as directed.

**Experience & Skills Required**

* Project management experience in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in data analysis and management, with experience using MRI Asset Management database and related information systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
