Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring.
  • Visit the homes of those on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring accurate detection within property boundaries.
  • Perform installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license with no more than 9 points.
  • Extensive travel within the UK, with a company-provided vehicle and fuel.
  • No prior experience necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • BPSS clearance and a full 3-year work history with gaps of over 28 days covered.
  • Basic DBS clearance or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal English.
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift pattern covers 7 days per week, 24 hours, with the majority of shifts between 4pm and 2am.
  • 7.5-hour shifts, with breaks and overtime opportunities available.
  • Pay rate of £12.92 per hour, paid weekly on a Friday for the previous week's hours.
