Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Latcom. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our client's system with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide support to the Head of Department and Management team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
