Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Latcom. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into our client's system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide support to the Head of Department and Management team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
