Position Overview
Female Care Assistant - Drivers Required

Important Note:
Candidates requiring a Visa to work in the UK are not eligible for sponsorship from SeeAbility.
A valid UK Driving License is necessary for applicants residing outside the local area.

Location:
Fir Tree Lodge, Tadley, Hampshire

Compensation:
£23,400 annually, pro rata (£12.00 hourly) plus additional benefits.

Working Hours:
Up to 37.5 hours weekly, on a flexible shift basis including weekends.

We are currently seeking Female Care Assistants who embody calmness, patience, and resilience.

Your role will involve a consistent approach to helping individuals engage in their preferred activities.

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, laundry, meal preparation, and medication management.
2. Building relationships with those you support to help them lead fulfilling lives.
3. Taking ownership of the quality of care provided.
4. Promoting the safety and welfare of individuals under your care.
5. Supporting individuals in planning and achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
6. Facilitating enjoyable activities, including outings and social events, while encouraging creativity and exploration.
7. Assisting with personal affairs and accompanying individuals to appointments.
8. Ensuring that individuals and their families are treated with respect and dignity.

We are looking for dedicated individuals willing to commit to 37.5 hours per week on a flexible shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
