Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in a local patch, undertaking inspections, and arranging planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Oversee budgets, service charges, rent payments, and other associated financial duties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property management, including leasehold and service charge management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
