Plymouth, United Kingdom The Property Management Company (Plymouth) Ltd Full time

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure our property portfolio is well maintained
- Tasks include but are not limited to minor repairs, decorating, carpentry, tiling, flooring and minor plumbing
- Tasks range from small half hour repairs to larger refurbs of properties
- The role needs someone to quickly establish what needs fixing / solving, and to then complete the task in a timely and efficient way
- Working as part of the team each days starts with an allocation of work which then is updated with additional tasks throughout the working day
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance callouts
- The typical working week is 8 am until 5pm Monday to Friday, with additional hours for evening and weekend callouts covering our out of hours emergency line every other weekend

**Experience**:

- A good knowledge of general property maintenance is required
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management
- Ability to follow instructions and undertake maintenance tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Prior experience in a maintenance role is preferred

**Benefits**:
