Customer Experience Team Manager

Flogas Britain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver individual and team quantitative and qualitative performance targets.
- Drive performance through excellent customer service, identifying opportunities to add value to the business through both sales and service of our Bottled gas and bulk clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a team manager in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to balance business needs with customer needs.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
