**Job Opportunity for a Registered Midwife**

HG Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife to join our team in London. As a Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to expectant mothers, guiding them through the childbirth process, and advocating for maternal and infant well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide antenatal care, labour and delivery assistance, postnatal support, and breastfeeding education to empower families for positive birth experiences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for expectant mothers and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based midwifery practices and guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
  • Hold valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Midwife.
  • Minimum of six months post-qualification Midwife experience within the last three years.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge of midwifery practices.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
