Registered Midwife Opportunity in London

HG Group is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Midwife to enhance our expanding Healthcare Recruitment Agency in London. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care and support to expectant mothers, guiding them through the childbirth journey while advocating for the health of both mother and infant. Your responsibilities will include antenatal care, assistance during labor and delivery, postnatal support, and education on breastfeeding, all designed to empower families for positive birthing experiences.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Midwife.
  • A minimum of six months of post-qualification Midwifery experience within the last three years.
  • Proven clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based midwifery practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Completion of mandatory training such as Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, Infection Control, and Safeguarding.
