About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Midwife to join our team as a Bank Midwife at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality midwifery care to women and their families within our integrated maternity service. This will involve working as part of a multi-professional team to deliver excellent patient care and support the development of our midwifery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal midwifery care to women and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of midwifery services and policies.
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
  • NMC Part 10 registration or equivalent.
  • Experience in midwifery care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
