Key Responsibilities:- Procurement and Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate with aircraft providers to procure the best value for clients.
- Offer Management: Ensure timely and detailed offer information is provided to clients.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure all contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters are compliant and meet company requirements.
- Supplier Verification: Verify supplier contracts and ensure all terms comply with company agreements.
- Flight Briefing: Issue flight briefs with all relevant flight information.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source competitive aircraft charter solutions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and new business leads.
- Communication: Ensure clients are informed of any developments related to their bookings.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in conference calls to ensure effective information sharing.
- Data Confidentiality: Treat sensitive data confidentially and professionally.
- Business Development: Identify new potential areas for business development.
- Support Sales: Support sales activity for new business development.
- Invoice Verification: Verify supplier invoices and communicate with accounts to issue client invoices accurately.
- Customer Record Keeping: Record all pertinent customer information in the Company CRM system in a timely manner.
- Leadership and Training: Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to brokers, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Experience: 5 - 7 years' experience in charter brokering.
