About the Role

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Physician in Respiratory Medicine to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive respiratory and general medicine services to patients
  • Lead clinical teams and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure effective patient care
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives within the department
  • Participate in medical audit and review of performance to ensure high-quality care
  • Engage in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and practices

About the Department

The Department of Respiratory Medicine at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is a forward-thinking and friendly team that provides a wide range of core respiratory services. We have good working relationships with our London Partnership Trusts and the Royal Papworth Hospital.

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification
  • Registered with the GMC and eligible for inclusion on the Specialist Register
  • MRCP or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in respiratory medicine and leadership skills
