About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Admin Assistant to join our Branch Merchandising team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate stock to stores in line with agreed assortment plans and trading activities.
  • Accurately execute allocations in line with agreed standard quantities and trading parameters.
  • Manage line print management.
  • Support the Assistant Branch Merchandiser and Branch Merch Leads with required administrative activities and reporting.
  • Assist with Inter Store Transfers, recalls, and stock builds.
  • Strive for the highest quality in your work through continuous checking, reflecting, and questioning.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Core Merchandising team to ensure range strategy is executed in line with plans.
  • Build knowledge of the wider trading scenery to enable prioritization of top-performing stores.
  • Support focus store actions and projects.

About You

  • You have a background in retail and are looking to build a career in Merchandising.
  • You are naturally analytical with excellent numerical skills.
  • You can multitask and identify priorities, taking personal responsibility to deliver upon them.
  • You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You are willing to learn new skills and implement them quickly.
  • You are enthusiastic and confident, with the ability to interact well with people at all levels.
  • You are adept at picking up new systems, with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • You have high attention to detail.
