Job Title: Production Manager - Composites

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our composite production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality composite products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of composite production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet customer demands and company objectives.
  • Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality control processes to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in composite production management, with a strong background in team leadership, process improvement, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
