Job Title: Composite Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Composite Production Manager to join our team at The Logistics Partnership LLP. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage the production team, ensuring that all team members are fully productive and working efficiently
* Plan, organise and direct daily activities to meet production targets and deadlines
* Ensure that all production processes are followed, including quality control and safety procedures
* Identify and rectify any shortfalls in production requirements
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a production management role, with a strong background in composite materials and processes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
