Job Title: IT Application Support Specialist

Location: Onyx-Conseil offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Salary: Competitive salary package

Job Summary:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all IT issues and escalations related to one or more applications.
  • Collaborate with the Business Capability Lead to identify suitable changes that drive business value and reduce costs.
  • Work with the Operations Lead to ensure a robust and resilient service for the application.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to resolve issues and escalate problems as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to update training materials and courses following changes, upgrades, and patches.
  • Ensure licensing for applications is in place and integrated into the annual renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable.
