Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Lookers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and managing vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance for our customers
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair options, including warranty cover and additional parts/accessories
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication with customers
  • Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records and system updates
  • Collaborating with the Aftersales team to deliver exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
