Job Summary: Hamilton Woods is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Team Leader to oversee a team of multi-skilled staff providing a high-quality 24-hour service, including security, CCTV, concierge, mobile patrols, anti-social behaviour, and fire alarm response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff in delivering a high-quality 24-hour service, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and local authorities to reduce and prevent incidents of crime and anti-social behaviour.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new team members, focusing on health and safety, welfare, and job-specific skills.
  • Collaborate with the Night Manager to manage the team shift roster, ensuring adequate staffing levels across 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Monitor and manage sickness absence, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce absenteeism.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Record and address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend management meetings and training sessions as required to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
