About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, training new team members, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on shifts to support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Identify and develop the talents of team members to maximize sales and productivity
- Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
- Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
- Drive high standards in every aspect of the business, from espresso quality to customer satisfaction
About You
We're looking for a passionate and reliable individual who can lead by example and inspire their team to greatness. As a Team Leader, you'll need to be flexible, willing to learn, and possess a 'can-do' attitude.
