Job Title: Office Manager/Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager/Administrator to join our team at the Buckinghamshire Primary Pupil Referral Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to the senior leadership team, and ensuring the smooth running of the site.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a busy office environment, preferably in a school setting. They will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. The role will involve managing the office telephone and email, setting up and maintaining pupil records, and providing support to the senior leadership team to ensure the site is safe for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the office telephone and email, responding to queries and providing administrative support to staff and parents.
  2. Set up and maintain pupil records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  4. Ensure the smooth running of the site, including managing the office budget and supplies.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, parents, and external agencies.
