We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented College Administrator to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Recovery College, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Recovery College team, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems to ensure the efficient operation of the Recovery College.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Recovery College, responding to inquiries and providing information to students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Recovery College Lead and Clinical Coordinator to develop and implement administrative procedures and policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student enrollment, course schedules, and financial information.
- Equivalent experience in an administrative role, preferably in a mental health or education setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
