Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at a prestigious Hotel Restaurant with a 2AA Rosette award. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a section of the kitchen, planning daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Plan and execute daily section tasks, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes to maintain high standards
  • Lead by example and motivate the kitchen team to achieve excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a 1AA Rosette establishment or equivalent
  • Passion for creative cuisine and commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods
  • Experience in leading a section and being a strong team player
