    • Develop a data mapping framework and define the data dictionary.
    • Propose optimized workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Prepare clear and concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings to validate and disseminate information.
    • Collaborate closely with development and test teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Analytical Support:
    • Conduct gap and impact analysis to identify and address discrepancies.
    • Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Documentation Management:
    • Maintain documentation standards and ensure the accuracy and relevance of all documentation.
    • Regularly review and update materials to reflect changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on requirements gathering and process documentation.
  • Proven experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions and documenting business processes.
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in documentation and process mapping tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to create detailed, clear, and concise documentation.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and methodologies.
