Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term 18-month contract. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Front Desk Duties
    • Greet visitors and sign them out upon departure
    • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks
    • Sort and distribute mail and parcels
  • Communication and Administration
    • Handle incoming calls and transfer them to relevant departments
    • Issue visitor badges
    • Sign in and sign out visitors
    • Book taxis, hotels, or buffets for visitors
  • Accident and Data Management
    • Manage the accident book
    • Perform data entry tasks
  • Reception Area Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and professional reception area

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar
