About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our Service Department.

This is a dynamic role where you will provide vital technical expertise, support field operations, and help drive excellence in our product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to our Service Department.
  • Attend customer sites, diagnose product issues, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver clear, detailed engineering reports.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for maintaining peak product performance.
  • Collaborate with our Service Department to ensure best practice on a developing department.
  • Travel to sites across the UK and occasionally overseas, providing on-the-ground support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
  • 5+ years of field service or commissioning experience with MWM products.
  • Strong technical analysis and root cause analysis expertise.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Clean UK driving license (category B).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable:

  • BEng (Hons) degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in technical support roles, report writing, and problem-solving.
  • Customer relationship management experience.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
