Product Director - Ecommerce Payments

La Fosse is seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead the development and support of our online payment gateway services. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our ecommerce payments strategy across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap Strategy: Oversee the prioritization and organization of the product backlog for our online payment gateway, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions for specific verticals, meeting budget and timeline requirements.
  • Expansion & Growth Initiatives: Assist in designing solutions for growth into new markets, segments, payment schemes, and alternative payment methods (APMs), driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Product Maintenance Planning: Partner with third-party providers to schedule and execute necessary maintenance for the online payment gateway, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management for online payments, with a strong understanding of ecommerce payment systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
