About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Development to lead our Solar and BESS development pipeline across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading site acquisition and origination activities for projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Solar and BESS assets across the UK
  • Manage site acquisition and origination activities for projects across the UK
  • Collaborate with Directors to manage the development pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners and industry partners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • 7 years' experience in a renewable role with relevant industry knowledge
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive approach to solving problems
  • Organized and motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Experience in consenting projects via the TCPA process, and ideally an understanding of the DCO process
