Oxfordshire-based Carter Murray is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth and execution of our CRM and Membership programmes as a Senior Guest Knowledge and Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive guest acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the Head of Guest Knowledge and Engagement to deliver a streamlined approach to guest experience and engagement.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize programme effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM and membership programme management.
