Job Title: Project Delivery Manager

About the Role:

  • Lead and support Customer Support operations to ensure swift and consistent delivery of improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and operate service processes using Customer Support operation tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement and liaise with key stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related subjects or equivalent.
  • Proficient written and verbal skills in English and Korean.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience Management Platforms such as Sales Force, Sprinklr, Zendesk, Khoros, etc.
  • Proficient in vendor management and API source code analysis.
  • Full UK driving license.
