We are seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to become a vital part of our Hard Services team.

Location: On Site.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Facilities Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the Hard Services FM team to ensure effective contract delivery.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Acting as the technical authority for the contract.
  • Overseeing the hard services team, conducting performance evaluations to guarantee adherence to statutory, contractual, and corporate standards.
  • Managing all maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion with appropriate documentation, and identifying, instructing, recording, and completing any necessary remedial actions.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager on all technical aspects related to capital projects and future asset replacement planning.
  • Providing monthly updates to the Contract Manager for inclusion in the Monthly Report.
  • Facilitating staff development and training, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and job responsibilities.
  • Coordinating Authorised Person duties across relevant disciplines.

Qualifications:

This position is ideal for you if you possess:

  • A background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering with experience in facilities management.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading a maintenance team.
  • Qualifications such as ONC or equivalent in engineering, with HNC being advantageous.
