As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for delivering a weekly payroll to approximately 500 co-owners and a monthly payroll to approximately 500 co-owners. You will also provide payroll support and guidance across multiple sites, leading a dedicated team of two co-owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide payroll support and guidance to multiple sites, including leading a team of two co-owners.
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll systems to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing payroll regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing a highly effective payroll.
  • Managerial experience essential.
  • Payroll qualification – fully CIPP qualified and a current active member of the CIPP.
  • In-depth current and comprehensive payroll knowledge.
  • Working understanding of benefits in kind.
  • Evidential grasp of accounting entries and postings.
  • Experience of a complex accounting software solution an advantage.
