Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Kream, a market-leading converter of wheelchair accessible vehicles, minibuses, and campervans. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our range of campervans to the public.

Based in Newton Abbot, this is a long-established and highly successful business that has built an enviable reputation across the UK. As such, the role is full of potential for a skilled sales professional.

Key Activities:

  • Generating and following up sales enquiries.
  • Contacting and prospecting existing and potential customers.
  • Attending shows/exhibitions to promote the product range.
  • Keeping all account and enquiries up to date with current information using the in-house IT system.
  • Following up on sold vehicles to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring customers are contacted regarding new products and model changes to develop potential incremental sales opportunities.
  • Liaising with finance companies to aid funding options for customers.
  • Working with the administration team and Production Manager to ensure customers' orders are smoothly processed.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a demonstrable track record in a similar face-to-face sales role.
  • Strong IT competencies and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to negotiate sales to a successful close.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence working to targets and deadlines.
