About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Assessments Division as a Clinical Nurse Assessor. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions, providing valuable insights to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand the impact of a person's disability or health condition on their daily life
  • Listen to customers' experiences, ask questions, and use your clinical knowledge to produce accurate and informative reports
  • Work with a diverse range of cases and conditions, using your skills and experience to deliver high-quality assessments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage caseloads efficiently and deliver excellent customer service
