Junior Acoustician Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Acoustician to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Junior Acoustician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior staff members in various projects related to acoustics and environmental science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project administration, including data collection and organization.
  • Conduct noise surveys and gather data using various equipment and software.
  • Perform basic acoustic calculations and analyze results.
  • Write reports and present findings to clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with senior staff members to develop and implement project plans.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Environmental Science or a closely related field.
  • Driving license and basic IT literacy.
  • Previous working experience in acoustics is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
