Working Hours:
Rotating shifts: Night shift from 10pm to 6am (Sunday to Thursday) and Day shift from 6am to 2pm (Monday to Friday)

Opportunity for a temporary to permanent position

Due to the nature of the role and working hours, personal transportation is necessary.

JOB OVERVIEW
The organization seeks a candidate who is people-oriented. You will collaborate with a team of operatives responsible for the dispatch of products. Working closely with the production manager, you will ensure that tasks are executed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various digital printing equipment
• Follow instructions from the department supervisor
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Assist in the maintenance and servicing of all machinery and equipment in the department
• Review daily and weekly job files to ensure timely production and readiness for delivery or installation
• Ensure all produced items align with company quality standards and customer timelines
• Monitor adherence to quality standards and processes
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department

CANDIDATE PROFILE
This position is ideal for achieving a favorable work-life balance while developing a long-term career.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in the print industry is advantageous but not mandatory
• Possess a valid driving license and have access to personal transportation
• Be flexible to work weekends as required to meet business needs
