We are seeking a skilled Print Finishing Specialist to join our Operations Division. As a Print Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of print finishing equipment, including die cutters, carton gluers, folders, booklet makers, and guillotines.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate print finishing equipment to produce high-quality finished products.
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products.
  • Inspect finished items for conformity to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the finishing process.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments during the production process.
  • Awareness and adherence to the Company's Quality, Health and Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating print finishing equipment is essential for this role.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to operate print finishing equipment effectively.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of quality.
  • Knowledge and experience of maintaining health & safety, quality, and hygiene controls within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with manual handling (a valid forklift license is desirable but not necessary).

Working Hours:

40 hours per week on a flexible shift rotation.
