Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team and lead a vertical market within our Food and FMCG division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their current and anticipated needs, and identify opportunities to fulfill them through our database or advertising channels.
  • Maintain and grow our candidate database, ensuring regular contact, specification calls, and actions are delivered according to expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project knowledge and industry insight within both client and candidate interactions.
  • Optimize our digital platforms, including social media, to establish new connections and expand our network.
  • Explore international talent opportunities as a client solution, staying up-to-date with current trends, industry challenges, relevant legislation, competitors, and local knowledge.
  • Keep accurate records across systems, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Report to the Permanent Head of Recruitment on improvements, findings, and terminated contracts on a regular basis.
  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities, sharing temporary and interim opportunities with team members.
  • Manage complaints in a professional and effective manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to training colleagues as required.
